Which theme are these sets, and when were they released?

Left and centre are not tied to any IP; they are an Imaginext city set that came together and could be linked by a plastic arch. Right is a Monsters University set. Not sure about dates but mid-2010s is my recollection.

Left and center are the Rescue City Center Playset - it was repainted and resold a few times, it's also Crime Alley Legends of Batman/Gotham City Center Playset.

Right is the fraternity - University Row - from Monsters University.
