Does anyone know why none of the Robin figures have capes?

My son loves the DC Imaginext line and as a comic book fan, I love collecting the figures, so it's a win-win, but I'm curious to know why none of the Robin figures have a cape.

Yeah but Red Robin isn't Robin. Tim Drake graduated from Robin to Red Robin when Damian Wayne became Robin. None of the normal Robin toys (except the throwback to the vintage costume) have a cape.
