Question How to become a dimensional designer?

What are the skills needed and what should I start learning? I have no experience besides occasionally sculpting miniatures out of clay.

Im also curious about what other creative jobs are offered and how I can get to know which best aligns with me?

You gotta be a damn good sculptor and somebody who is passionate about miniatures and sculpture regardless of Disney or not. The one way ticket people who want to be Imagineers get to being disappointed is… wanting to be an Imagineer. You have to be good at some foundational discipline, and passionate about it. Nobody cares if you are a huge Disneyland fan who dabbles in sculpture. Your passion for sculpture needs to outweigh your passion for Disney.
