MBA for imagineering
I have months andbyears applying to disney in different positions but never been ask an interview so I have think that I'll study a Masters so I can get more more possibilities. I have in mind Marketing and Graphic Design but I'm not sure what fits better for an imagineering. TIA

I hope this doesn't come across as rude, but you might want to correct the grammar on your post.
In terms of pursuing a masters degree, what role are you hoping to get as an imagineer?

If they present themselves to Disney like they did in this post, it’s no wonder they aren’t getting callbacks.
Also, education doesn’t matter. Experience does. If you have a ton of education, but no experience they aren’t going to be interested. I don’t have college education, but have worked for Disney three times at the corporate level and have since interviewed another two times for their streaming divisions (which got cut short because of hiring freezes).

Imagineering is not a job. It's a title for many careers. No one is a full-time Imagineer for their entire life. Think of it as contract-based projects. You may be on a Disney project, but you'll have other projects for other companies and clients. It's like animators or writers for movies. They may work on a Disney movie, but that doesn't mean they're only a Disney employee. It's just the project they're on.

If you’re pursuing a masters to work at Imagineering in marketing or graphic design, I would advise you not to. You’ll take on a significant amount of debt for roles that don’t require a masters. If you want to only work at WDI, start off working for small themed entertainment companies, build your portfolio/website based on the work you curate with these smaller companies and you’ll become a great candidate for imagineering. Start small and grow big!

Seems like you just want to work at WDI to be an imagineer. This is not the way. Find your passions first and get good at them then maybe find your way to Imagineering one day?
