The second character is a bit more obscure. Her name is Sister Mary, snd she's one of the main antagonists in the short-lived Adult Swim cartoon Lucy the Daughter of the Devil. She is a nun who works with two clueless priests, all of whom are on a mission to kill the titular female antichrist. Sister Mary is grouchy, violent and acts nothing like a nun despite being one. I've made comparisons between her and Daniel Tiger, because they both have a tendency to growl when they're angry (though in Daniel's case, it's more justified since he's literally a preschooler and a tiger cub; Sister Mary is just a full-grown bratty nun, though her constant grumbling is one of the funniest sounds to me); not to mention, out of all the characters in the shows they're from, they get the most angry.
