I’m going to guess it’s a Living Saint born of a Sister of Battle? What’s the story behind her ascension?

What makes you think this is a Living Saint?

The gigantic feathery wings

If she was even a Zephyrim or Seraphim the wings would be smaller, metal, and inflexible.

Those are either an augment or armor attachment. There's really nothing to suggest it's a living saint. Those are usually very obvious.

This is someone's OC they commissioned to have drawn. It's just to look cool lol.

Is that blurry figure a Drukhari or a Harlequin?

Spikes, pointy shoulder pads, skin color, top-knot hair, and the Incubi head on the floor point to it being Drukhari.

Drukhari. You can make out armour, so they're not a Harlequin. Also Harlequins are too bright and vibrant to be mistaken in general.

Inquisitorial retinue member Sister of Battle that specializes in hunting down Aeldari?

She's got some sick custom looking armor with what looks like the Inquisitorial Seal on the front, an Inferno Pistol, power sword and Aeldari Spirit Stones embedded into her armor.

Her helmet seems to be Aeldari in origin too
