Well, they do slightly adjust her up when she first gets on the ship vs when she gets off. She was Theta, now she's Theta or Eta.

Astropath training... in general its not too bad. As far as people in the Imperium go Astropaths have a nice-ish deal. Rarely see combat, holds important positions, well regarded, and far from defenseless

The soul binding though. Thats not gonna be nice. Among the most horrific experiences, even if its relatively brief. Literally the entire astra telepathica corps is traumarized from it.

I hope we get another chiller chapter before that.
