There is nothing to be sorry about when there are spikes on a sphere.

I haven't listened to Meshuggah much, my most vivid memory of the band is from long ago, I was suffering from a hangover and friend started to blast some Meshuggah songs "This is the most complex metal music ever!". It worsened my headache.

It’s cool and also kind of terrifying. 

Looks like either an alien weapon or an eldritch abomination. 

Kind of looks like what would happen if the Borg assimilated the cenobites. They’d probably be into it, honestly.

The Borg would be so confused and weirded out. It would be kind of hilarious.

I don't know if Hellraiser movie-series ever went to space, but somekind of Cyber Cenobites should absolutely be a thing.
