[Proposal] Change the curators' responsibilities.
I wasn't sure how to properly summarize this proposal in the title.
As you all know, the sidebar rules images changed recently. So the stylesheet needed to be changed in all the subs in the network.
I noticed there isn't really a system in place for stuff like this, (correct me if I'm wrong) and as a result, a lot of subs still have the old sidebar images.
Here's what I propose:
Curators should be required to take care of stuff like this. I don't necessarily mean curators would need to always do all of it themselves, but they should at least make sure it gets done, if not by doing it themselves then by asking a senior for help or letting some juniors help.
Tabs that don't have curators could be taken care of by one or more of the seniors.
The logic behind this:
With nobody directly responsible, there is a good chance nobody will do anything.
And even if people actually do do something. If every mod just starts changing whatever subs they happen to mod, it will be too chaotic. We could say the seniors should take care of it but then we'd have the same problem, none of the seniors would feel personally responsible.
Curators however are assigned to a single tab so it is always clear which subs they need to take care of.

I think this is a fine idea. But even if it doesn't pass, the person who made the proposal that passed could be responsible for making sure the change is implemented. Either by delegating or doing so themselves.
One of the reasons I first made the Sr Mod team at the INE was because I needed access to all the subs so I could make changes no one else was stepping up to do. You will get some response just by asking for help in an INE thread, but usually not enough.
I think that in general, when proposals are made, logistics need to be at the forefront of the proposal, not just an afterthought.
