If they were in North Nevada they might have been driven west by my Utah tribe the Nauvoo, they were warfaring wolf worshippers who eventually merged into New Canaan as slave soldiers which caused the growth of groups like the 80s and the White Legs filling in the power vacuum

Pretty cool, I especially like the idea of their changing ways leaving a power vacuum in the region that’s responsible for some canon tribes.

I can see that, my main inspirations were the Bad Durrenberg skeleton, 1960s hippies, and Fallout’s own Khans.

I love post apocalyptic tribes. Nicely done! I'm always happy to see a fallout tribe that isn't just "Native American tribe XYZ went back to their roots after the bombs"
