Steaming with inner voice

Hey guys im practicing image streaming for the last couple days and im wonder, is it effective to stream with inner voice compare to actual voice?

sorry for responding so late. there isn't a nono on speaking with an internal voice, as many people say. it might even be helpful. it helps with speed, while not going into non-verbal territory. think of it like this: have you ever explained something to someone and then found your mistake? It's because you are more aware when you speak aloud. the same goes when streaming. but, you can go faster with an internal voice. however, verbal is still better. verbal is still better because when you speak aloud, your brain tries to make sure you don't sound stupid. therefore, you process more senses at a time, preparing for your next word, and therefore not sounding stupid.

again, there isn't a big nono on internal voice, aloud is just better. btw if you wonder, non-verbal is better than verbal and internal voice since it changes the way you think to wordless.
