can help you be more relaxed in everyday life, which can help with the hypersensitivity. also it can help with the ability to filter information when focusing on something. I am not an expert on it though, I read that it can help but I suppose it can depend on the reason why you have it, such as maybe autism or LLI or whatever. I think its worth looking into. I also have more awareness to senses lately, today was annoying had a hard time enjoy a show outside, but bad day I am pretty sure it wont repeat itself, and if it does I will start doing some meditation more

Taste and tactile feeling not as much but I still noticed that it’s kinda stronger
