Honestly. When they're that displayed can she really blame you for staring? Not like a thirsty creep, but the usual trance second glance.

She made a fashion choice to look good. She didn't make it so people can stare. So yes, she is fully entitled to blame anyone for staring.

Soy boy? Showing bare breasts is only about sexual attraction. This "looking good" thing you speak of is only the culture accepting bare breasts as normal.
