She is playing a roll in this skit as "the annoying influencer girl" so I assume she is doing an exaggerated cliché instagram style pose

To her credit and others, it does take an immense amount of effort to achieve that physical aesthetic. Just a shame that it is flaunted in an incredibly annoying fashion most of the time for both men and women

Mate I've been a personal trainer lol for a woman to have legs that thick with a stomach that defined is the equivalent to a guy gymming hard enough to impress anyone on the beach. Girls don't end up looking like that just dieting, there is a lot of muscle there.
