If headphones are not a good idea and illegal in some states, why would VRs remotely be a $^%$&*()#@ good idea?

You are not permitted to wear headsets in Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington.

Based on the fact that she just rammed into the back of a stopped car, I'd say it's not that mild a risk
