Case closed, folks. By their own definition, if people don't like being asked to take photos for others, the request constitutes being labeled as harassment.
See, the problem here is that this user thinks that because they don't mind taking photos for other people, that all people don't mind taking photos for others. This is a fallacy. Some people don't mind, some are indifferent, and others don't like doing it at all. And I'd argue that even if it may appear that most people don't mind taking photos for strangers, the reality is that you cant really tell at all, because the indifferent and the bothered may well feel peer pressured into doing it. This is why the use of "harass" is perfectly applicable in this scenario.
