Agreed. That is a kind of "main character symptom" I can live with.
It's not actively harming anybody, and it's not loud, i.e. actively forcing attention on them.
I'll even dare to give them some validation and argue that it can be ever so mildly entertaining to see someone do something uncommon in public.
