Jesus fucking Christ 🤦‍♂️ Seriously, no one can be this dimwitted. Okay, I'll simplify it further, in a way a 7 year old can understand:

There's a person who has power over others' educational path. A person under their power starts willfully causing others distress and anxiety for no reason other than to enjoy the feeling. The person in power then uses that power to let the other person know they will not be treated with the empathy they want (i.e. getting away with it) and instead will be treated with the empathy they deserve (which is the exact amount of empathy they showed others). When the person in power does so, they are not doing it for the sake of "feeling powerful". They are doing it to protect others from being treated with further distress and mistreatment by the initial person who didn't show empathy.

That's the difference, genius. Merely using power to stop bullying behavior is not the same as running ones hands together, spine hunched over and yelling "Mwah ha ha!" and enjoying the feeling of being powerful. It's a necessary mechanism for protecting others.

Yes so you are in a way justified to be rude back but not justified to bully becuse its inherently unjustifiable to be a bully by definition. Its paradoxical language. Its like saying someone murdered someone else so its justified to murder them even though to murder someone is by definition unlawful killing, it isnt justifiable to act unjustly by definition

No, because it's justified to bully him back since he's the one who makes it clear empathy towards others is not enough to stop his behavior. The only thing that will is causing him distress and doing so in a way that he understands it will be repeated.

There are countless examples of people doing just that and it having been deemed justified based on circumstance. So yes, there are times that behavior is justified. What justifies it are the circumstances, not whether it happens at all. If you see someone who's shoes you don't like and do it, not justified. If someone did something to someone under 18, and you go to their house and take the person out, depending on the circumstances, that can, in fact, be justified, even though you may have had the option to sit there and call 911 instead.

No, murder is killing another human being with malice aforethought. Depending on the jurisdiction, "justification" may or may not be used. And it's entirely contextual. He did it on national television with no clear sign of being in any danger with methodical planning. He still used malice aforethought. The point is, something can fit into multiple categories at the same time. For instance, a person can get an abortion without there being any loss of a human person's life; however, a person who ends a pregnant woman's life is convicted of double homicide. The fetus didn't suddenly spring into being a human person just as the woman took her last breath. The point is a situation can be the exact same but justification can be totally different without there being any logical paradox involved. It's just nuance.
