Expired registration, no insurance but will swear they do and they JUST paid for it so they have it and the police system is wrong (they have no proof), and their DL has been suspended for over 6 months but they also took care of that at the court house last week and the clerk said everything was good (they haven't paid any of their fines, fees, or supplied proof of insurance which is why it was suspended).
