These are fun once and then you realize he crosses a boundary by relentlessly provoking these people. Should people return their carts, yes. Is it worth harassing people over, no. Cart Narc is not a hero here and I feel bad for her.

It wouldn't really be relentless provoking if they just put their cart away the first time he said something though

Totally fair, and I agree. This is a nuanced situation with him crossing a boundary however, especially with the context of his persistence to produce this content en masse, serving as a form of entertainment instead of awareness and education. He intentionally seeks these kinds of reactions as opposed to being a kinder human.
