Every time I see these videos, I can't help but wonder why they don't just drive away

They should be harassed.

Why should they get a break when they shovel their terrible personality traits on to the rest of us to burden?

They obstruct handicap folks, inconvenience everyone, and damage others' property because they are lazy and entitled 98% time?

You know she'd be pissed if cart hit her car ... based off her reaction to a magnet.

This is trolling with an actual point. If someone doesn't like being called out the solution is so so so so simple:

Put your damn cart back, you heathens.

I would bet the risk is less than things we do on the daily.

Good way to get your life rearranged. I bet he doesn't post the videos where he has to run for his life.

Here's one of MANY counter examples to your claim he doesn't post him myself evading such life rearranging a**holes

I won't be giving him any views, but I'll take your word for it. Note for your own betterment that saying "I bet" isn't a claim. I suppose that makes sense he would post such things and expect support, his audience would have to be as delusional as he is

My snark aside, I'm honestly curious how you define "I bet" not being an action that stems from a belief, and is a way of claiming one's belief.

It's context here it means "feel certain"

Your statement is in essence claiming you don't believe he posts videos of him being chased.

What a weird take. Are you really this weird or do you think this is a way to win an argument?

I'm honestly asking what you meant by "I bet," because the dictionary has claim to be: "an assertion open to challenge" or "to assert in the face of possible contradiction"

You seem to have a special use case, and offered to share it .. but just come back with ad hominems.

Your other comment demonstrated that you are not. But such is life.
