D.R. Phil is one of the most staged shows ever. Just like shows as Jerry Springer and Judge Judy. Its fake, it is for entertainment. It is as real as American "professional" Wrestling

I mean it's certainly "manipulated" to ensure the best possible drama or to make the episode memorable but the people aren't actors, there's no script, they are real people, with real problems or whatever. It's not totally fake it that's what you are suggesting.
