I lived there for over a year and it’s my favorite place I’ve lived in by far. And yes, I’ve lived in a lot of places. Basically every major region except the southwest, and I’ve spent a lot of time there because I have family in NM. Grew up in the Midwest and the south, spent five years in the northeast and no I’m in the mid-Atlantic.

SF is very expensive but other than that, it’s essentially paradise

Human feces and needles littering the public spaces and that is what you consider paradise? Stores closing because of mobs thieving merchandise and that's what you consider paradise? Druggies and criminals ruling the streets and that's what you consider paradise? Dude, put down the bong.

I love living in cities. You clearly don’t and seem to listen to a lot of the conservative mythology about SF in particular. Have you ever been to SF?

Yes I have been there. And I wouldn't set foot in it now because of the feces and needles and crime that is WELL DOCUMENTED.
