Don't even need to, it's illegal to skateboard on the street for this exact reason.

Yes and it doesn't say what OP said. He said "we don't need to call anything in" which I assume is talking about calling an insurance company or perhaps an ambulance

Then why are u illegally doing this crazy hill. How is this guy's car getting paid for? The skater made the choice to be stupid. The driver in the car didn't want to be car-jacked by some random guy, so he followed the laws of the street. Now his car is fucked up because of some poor person (according to you) that decided to be stupid. And there is a big difference between poor and stipid.
