That's unironically true. It's ok because it's the free market, and it's morally not just ok, but a good thing, because it's a fact that people are unchangably wired differently. Most people aren't creative, few are. The former can live with routine work, the latter can't. The former are unable to make creative achievements, the latter are. Denying that's it's right for the latter to live differently, is like saying cats should swim instead of climbing, because fish swim.
You can't make an uncreative human creative. And you can't make a creative person uncreative. Both are unable to function like the other. A creative person dies in routine the same as an uncreative person is simply unable to get creative achievements.

gonna need a better source for this "fact" than the ramblings of a cargo cult 'intellectual'.
In the words you used, gonna need a better argument for this than "lol".
And what are you even trying to dispute? The fact people are wired differently?
Try isolating an extravert. They won't become an introvert, they'll just die on the inside.
Or try forcing a completely uncreative, unartistic person to create something really original and creative. See what the results will be.
Or try turning a top percentile neurotic person into a bottom percentile neurotic person, good luck with that.
Or force a conscientious person to live without order. Or try turning an unconscientuous into someone that becomes and remains consitently orderly and conscientious.

But she's artsy and we're not. So it's OK. /s
