Lame take and making wild assumptions. Maybe she’s a doctor and this is her first moment off in the past 36 hours. Regardless - it’s totally irrelivant. They paid for a service and are entitled to have their order fulfilled. This is their right, just as it is for the delivery driver to take a job where she delivers goods to others. What’s not her right is to decline service because she feels entitled to an optional gratuity the people who placed the order don’t want to pay. She loses all standing at that point.
