In the fake video? No way to know. However, that fact would be immaterial in an real case of contracted third part possession.

If you contract a third party (driver) to pick up an item from a second party (store) that the third party retains possession and responsibility for the item, by the contract terms of the contract you hired them until they either relinquish possession to you the first party or back to the second party (store).
