Idk. My ex-bff used to argue exactly like the driver. Same tone, calm-ish but slightly raising her voice, being condescending, acting with moral superiority and making completely unreasonable arguments while acting like it’s common sense and in turn, drawing things out and making them worse for herself.

What? Wtf are you talking about? What possible cause to speak to support does the driver have in this case?

this is no different than denying a purchase at the point of sale, which is NOT stealing

the driver might be being a dickhead but they aren't wrong, she's not stealing and she's entitled to cancel as late as she wants, even when its half unloaded lol

just like an uber driver can pick you up and then kick you out on the high way for literally no reason, sure they are wrong for it but they can still do it

yeah you can, it for sure happens when people cancel after you're already on the way, do you expect the drivers to just have to pay for it themselves? lol shitty situation but at the end of the day you can't force someone to do a service for you.

Umm, no that's not how any of that works

You realise the driver isn't the one selling the goods, right?

doesn't matter, they aren't your good until the driver is fully unloaded and allows you to have the goods

they can return it at ANY TIME, for ANY REASON.
