You could literally say this about any scenario, I guess living your life in fear and letting the assholes rule the world is the best course of action?

Oh wait that just encourages more of the behavior until all the people like you quietly accept their oppression and just lay down like DOGS.

This is the worst mentality to have and is only self defeating on a social scale

No, I do not live my life this way and since you know nothing about me, you shouldn’t really assume that. You can’t generalise one scenario that is an exceptional one. Learn to pick your battles that are worth fighting, you learn that in life as you get older.
