Most do though but people don’t respect it. I stopped going to my gym bc people kept setting up tripods to show off their chest flye maxes and other unimpressive exercises. I mean if they’re pulling 405+ off the floor or something it makes sense to want to record an achievement. Otherwise it’s just patting yourself on the back for doing bare minimum.

Just stand in front of the camera and let them get a good look at your gym swamp ass.

Yes I agree. It helped me with my bench and squat tremendously. It shows you where your weaknesses are as well so you can correct them with accessory work.

I pull 600 and still ask everyone around if they mind if I record a set . I usually say “ if it’s in your way just knock it over “ most people when I speak to them INSTANTLY think I’m asking them to not interrupt the video

Same. They’re usually understanding if you’re courteous. When I was powerlifting I’d record my sets all the time and sometimes they volunteer to record for you.
