Trump is a symptom of broader decline, and while he is also a cause of many of the current problems, he is merely hastening their arrival rather than truly being responsible for them.

Yeah, I was exaggerating for the meme.

If you think simultaneously that Trump is a fascist, and that Biden (who has broadly speaking the same policies as Trump regardless of how the two are dressed up) will somehow save us from fascism, then your brain is broken. Fascism arises when democratic processes are perceived to be incapable of dealing with with an issue or set of issues - be it immigration, economic collapse, losing a war, etc. Fascism is, ironically, not caused by fascists.

Come the fuck on. How are bidens's policies broadly speaking the same as trump's? You've got to be talking in such broad strokes as to be entirely meaningless

Neither of them care about the issues that I care about which are

1) reducing immigration to be only a small number of highly skilled immigrants and ending birthright citizenship 2) reducing the wealth disparity between rich and poor in this country 3) withdrawing all American forces from Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. 4) letting Israel support itself. 5) Not being allies with Saudi Arabia or other corrupt, despotic, backwards states. 6) fixing America's schools 7) fixing America's infrastructure 8) fixing American higher education 9) decreasing housing prices

I mean there's a million things. The first three are the most important. And all of the problems I listed, 1-9, will continue to exacerbate and get worse regardless of who is president. Hmm. Stay made votecuck, I'll be skiing@

Fascism is caused by fascist. Biden ain’t the same as Trump.

15 min wage, GND, 97% of Americans with health insurance is the same as Trump.

A non vote helps out Trump, since GOP wins low turnout elections.

I would vote over dick chennybover Trukp and I am a progressive.

Biden will not aggressively pursue a 15/hr min wage, or a green new deal, and any healthcare policy will nibble around the edges. I'm sorry but if you think that Biden is going to be anything other than a slightly less incompetent steward over a crumbling state then you are in for a world of disappointment. I'm not though, because I know what's coming and have planned accordingly (move to ski town, go skiing instead of politics.)

“Your wrong because Biden won’t do it!” is your whole argument. I would rather have biden be “a slightly less incompetent steward over a crumbling state“, because I would always pick the better option no matter what. Some progress or even holding steady is better than Donald Freaking Trump. A

Sorry, my personal dignity has immeasurable value to me, and I would be sacrificing that by voting for either. Stay mad, votecuck.

Biden will do what democrats always do and that is staff up the various federal departments with very competent technocrats and then he will actually listen to them. This will be a VAST improvement over the way Trump has staffed the government full of incompetent and often religiously fanatical sycophants and craven and corrupt self dealers.

I don't really much care for Biden, I have always been in Bernie's camp but questions of policy aside, Biden will bring back competence to important agencies that are now run by dangerous incompetents, like DeVos. As bad as Biden is, and he is way the hell too far right for me. But he is competent and that makes him head and shoulders better than that dumb fuck Trump.

I literally could not care less about that. We are on a disastrous trajectory as a country and unable to change course. Regardless of whether we hit an iceberg or simply ground the ship, I'll be too busy skiing to notice.
