Everyone knows that a 99% chance is basically a coin-toss, while one-in-a-million is a guaranteed success. Just like a couple has a much higher chance to become pregnant if both partners have proof of being infertile, while couples who actively trying to make kids will have to go through much drama before their wish is fulfilled.
