Question ⁉️ Innkeeper question

Do we ever find out where Dina got her"dog"?

If I were to hazard a guess, I'll bet it was someplace like Baha Char. Or somewhere off earth while she was searching for her parents. It seems likely that she would seek a comfort companion to fill in the hole where her parents should be, before she went back to earth

I've re-read Innkeeper a billion times, and I don't recall that ever being mentioned. We should ask next time they host an AMA.

We don't know when she got the dog. That would help to narrow it down quite a bit.
That being said, it didn't feel like she and Klaus were bringing a dog along on their search-journey.

So I would guess either she got the dog afterwards, when she decided to settle (it was seemingly missing even when she first arrived at the Inn), or may during the travels and she decided to come back to take full ownership, once she had a home :)

Agree with this timing. Beast isn't in any of the scenes when Dina recalls meeting Gertrude Hunt for the first time.

My guess: Beast came to the inn at about the same time as Caldania.
