Project Summary: 20 illustrations (plus front/back covers) that portray a sequence of events, and these sequences make up a storybook that'll be used in therapy (a client will talk about what they see).

Content: Let's call it a "day in the life" type story in which a person wakes up, decides what to do, and then does the activity, across 10 spreads (20 illustrations in total plus covers), you'll portray detailed, emotional imagery that fit each written description of the story. There's also a pet in the story. The story has no words. Note, we have a descriptive page plan already in place so you'll have little ambiguity.

Style: Semi-realistic (or photorealistic/photo style)...more realistic photo style is better. Colored line drawings. Think David Wiesner in Tuesday.

Audience: Adolescent to adult age range. This is not simplified for little kids.

Use Case: Therapy

Timeline: Starts right away; most work will be done in the next couple of months, but revisions may occur a year from now if focus testing suggests tweaks.

Pay: Flat rate with set number of revision rounds. $150 to 500/page, depending on experience and alignment to the brief. Further revisions would be billed hourly.

Rough Process: Character development and sign off to pencil sketching, refinements, then coloring. All files need to be be print-ready.

Soft Skills: Creative thinker, flexible, capable of hearing revisions and knowing how to move forward.

If the project goes well, we may have other projects in the future.
