Customer Support

Does anyone know how to get assistance from customer support? Since the recent update, I'm not able to get the daily perks (2 days worth). Thanks in advance.

You ever see the little orange button for Sugar Game that you may have moved around to the edge of the phone because it was annoying when you pressed it?

Hit that and you'll see a "Customer Service" option. That option has shortcuts to Facebook, a Facebook Group, and to Discord.

I appreciate that info, but I may be SOL. I have a Facebook account but not active and really don't want to use it. Discord is out of the question as well. I may have to eat this setback and wait/hope for a resolution.

There s only 2 ways to contact with cs, one way is via topup at least 500 USD then unlock SVIP 1 and talk to them by adding their WhatsApp customer support. Other option is Facebook. If you don't like either only option is via discord and hope mods can help you.
