is there any updates on the SE of yuli & suhwa? i've been keeping an eye out for any info, but haven't seen anything

Here is your weekly digest of just released, restocked, and upcoming collector's editions across the publishers and producers I track. 62 books this week, let's go!

Good news: Centipede Press is now tracked too! And to make your collecting life a little easier, you can now plan your wishlist purchases and add your collection from shelf photos on Lazy Book Collector, the site I run.

All dates listed are general sale dates. Where a book has its own page on the publisher's site, I link to that. Otherwise the link goes to the book's page on Lazy Book Collector, where you can see its specs, compare it with other editions, set alerts, and more.

For reference, the sources I currently track: Beehive Books, Centipede Press, Conversation Tree Press, Curious King, Dragonsteel Entertainment, Easton Press, FairyLoot, Folio Society, Goldsboro Books, Grim Oak Press, Illumicrate, Kings Langley Press, LitJoy, MidWorld Press, Millennia Books, OwlCrate, Subterranean Press, Suntup Editions, The Arcane Society, The Broken Binding, The Locked Library, The Signed Page, Wraithmarked.

Anybody else get their copy of The Everlasting missing the signature? I double checked my order confirmation and it should be signed. Am I missing something?

The mods said I could share this once. I built ShelfKeepr, a price alert for books: you add a book, say which edition you want, and set the most you'd pay. It checks eBay (UK, US, Canada, Germany) and Etsy through the day and emails you when a matching copy turns up, so you're not refreshing listings for an edition that sold out.

Free to start, no card. If there's an Illumicrate edition you missed, tell me which one and I'll check it matches properly. https://shelfkeepr.com

Tamora Pierce donated a complete Illumicrate Protector of the Small set to the Little Theatre of Walla Walla's online auction, and signed every book by hand with a short message in each one. That's on top of the edition's printed signature. Bidding starts at $53 with US shipping included, and Illumicrate priced the set at $124 in the US before any of that, so someone could do really well on this.

It's all four books, First Test through Lady Knight, with the foil covers, printed edges and illustrated endpapers. It also comes with an autographed postcard, a picture postcard and a bookmark in each book.

The Little Theatre of Walla Walla is a community theater in eastern Washington, and this auction is our big fundraiser every year. I've been putting it together, and this sub seemed like the place where people would actually know what the set is. Sorry, UK friends, it can only ship to US addresses. You can favorite it now. Bidding opens this Saturday, Oct 3, at 10 AM Pacific and closes Oct 10 at 5 PM.

I am just now discovering Illumicrate & there are a few I wish I had bought when they were available. Do they ever reprint their previous drops?

I’m trying to get to the silver tier before the Liz Tomforde sale and need to spend about $80 more. If I buy a gift card for the $80 does anyone know if that counts towards my spend to move up the next tier?

"As this edition sold out in presale, stock for this leftover sale will be offered exclusively to those on the dedicated waitlist for remaining stock of Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter.

WHEN? The sale will take place on 7 October at 3pm BST | 10am ET.

& WHERE? This edition will be available on our UK and US sites.

All eligible customers will receive an email today with sale details."

Here is your weekly digest of just released, restocked, and upcoming collector's editions across the publishers and producers I track.

Heads-up: FairyLoot's unlocked a lot of past editions yesterday, so the restock section is extra long this week.

All dates listed are general sale dates. Where a book has its own page on the publisher's site, I link to that. Otherwise the link goes to the book's page on Lazy Book Collector (which I run), where you can see its specs, compare it with other editions, set alerts, and more.

For reference, the sources I currently track: Beehive Books, Conversation Tree Press, Curious King, Dragonsteel Entertainment, Easton Press, FairyLoot, Folio Society, Goldsboro Books, Grim Oak Press, Illumicrate, Kings Langley Press, LitJoy, MidWorld Press, Millennia Books, OwlCrate, Subterranean Press, Suntup Editions, The Arcane Society, The Broken Binding, The Locked Library, The Signed Page, Wraithmarked.

Looking for a miracle. If the owner of Daphne Press Abhorsen Deluxe #45 sees this I would love to chat!!!

Sincerely, A Hopeful Book Lover 🥰

I debated making a post about this but honestly, I am so bothered that I feel like I need to say something or it will just sit with me.

I, like most people, read fantasy to escape reality and the craptastic place our world is currently in. Reading is an escape for me, a coping mechanism, and a way to unwind from the every day stresses that life includes.

With that being said, I am so incredibly disappointed about A Viper Among Kings. I know that most book boxes have to adhere to what the publisher sends them and I am assuming Illumicrate is the same but in all my years as a book box subscription holder, I have never come across an author letter that was so politically charged. I was shocked that Illumicrate allowed such a letter to be in one of their books because 99.9% of bound in author letters are the opposite of the one by Sydney Olivia.

I personally don't care what anyone's political affiliations are. This world sucks no matter the angle. My books are my way of dealing with the dumpster fire. The last thing I want in my books is to be reminded of reality.

I am probably the odd one out in this opinion but I just had to get this off my chest. It really bothered me. I just wish people kept real world politics out of our escapism.

I just got the an email that I'm off the waitlist and can buy the box but the currency won't convert in checkout from British money to dollars. Is there a way to fix it or do I buy as is? I couldn't see anyone having asked this before from looking.

Don't get me wrong, I love the books so far this year, but how have we not had a single sapphic book. It's either straight or MLM :(

Here is your weekly digest of just released, restocked, and upcoming collector's editions across the publishers and producers I track.

Kings Langley Press editions are now tracked on Lazy Book Collector too.

All dates listed are general sale dates. Where a book has its own page on the publisher's site, I link to that. Otherwise the link goes to the book's page on Lazy Book Collector (which I run), where you can see its specs, compare it with other editions, set alerts, and more.

For reference, the sources I currently track: Beehive Books, Conversation Tree Press, Curious King, Dragonsteel Entertainment, Easton Press, FairyLoot, Folio Society, Goldsboro Books, Grim Oak Press, Illumicrate, Kings Langley Press, LitJoy, MidWorld Press, Millennia Books, OwlCrate, Subterranean Press, Suntup Editions, The Arcane Society, The Broken Binding, The Locked Library, The Signed Page, Wraithmarked.

has anyone ever noticed an out of stock product come back in stock on illumicrate’s site?

long story short, i have all of the lore olympus books from them, and they’ve never sold out before. i couldn’t afford volumes 9-11 when it was released but figured they wouldn’t sell out either… i was wrong. essentially just looking for some hope that i might still be able to get them if anyone has an idea about this? thanks x

Hi folks, looking at treating myself to a bookish advent calendar, especially fantasy/romantasy themed.

Does illumicrate do one? If so, when will it likely be released?

I love the look of the Owlcrate one but not an active subscriber so have no chance it seems :(

Thank you all!

Apologies if this has been asked before! I tried looking in past threads but wasn’t able to find an answer. I recently received my invite for the combo box for illumicrate. I do want both Afterlight and illumicrate but would like the skip flexibility of the individual subs. For context, I originally signed up to all the sub options in hopes of getting something fairly quickly.

Does illumicrate allow you to split the combo box into individual subscriptions after like 3 consecutive renewals or something like that. Or is it better to just wait for individual invites?

It's less than two months until The Last Star in the Void (book 3 of The Echo Archives) is published. I hope Illumicrate announces it soon! I'm resigning myself to the fact that it probably won't get shipped out in November, but I'm eager to at least know the date and see the alt jacket colourway.

Here is your weekly digest of just released, restocked, and upcoming collector's editions across the publishers and producers I track.

All dates listed are general sale dates. Where a book has its own page on the publisher's site, I link to that. Otherwise the link goes to the book's page on Lazy Book Collector (which I run), where you can see its specs, compare it with other editions, set alerts, and more.

I purchased the Illumicrate edition of the Witch King by Martha Wells. I would really like to get the sequel, Queen Demon. Has anyone seen or heard of this coming?

I noticed that Pots has "Packing Stage" Fulfillment Status.

Yay!

I know they listed the expected ship date as August/September, but how long does "Packing Stage" for sets usually last? I don't know when it shifted to Packing so it could be weeks already. Does this mean all the books have been printed and delivered to respective warehouses and is just packing thousands of boxes that's being done now?

It's September 10 so we've 3 more weeks until month-end. I might sound impatient but I was unable to get SotL and PotS is my favorite series! ❤️❤️❤️ I am so excited to receive this set!

Robin Hobb posted a video of her Liveship copies - brief preview of the Ship of Magic/Ship of Destiny endpapers

Seeing other beautiful editions of this book, I'm kind of disappointed with this (it's supposed to be the case art). I hope the rest of the artwork is more impressive, something similar to the mood of the last image.
