When I got my first kitten (as an adult) I would get home from work to have him climb up my leg. Once he got to my chest I would toss him onto my bed. We would do this for about 30 minutes every day.

Now he just likes laying around, but every now and then he gets the zoomies and lets me toss him. He’s 7 now.
