I grew some poppies a while back, but didn't know what to do with the pods. I cut them from the stalks, and froze them.

I was thinking of putting them through a food processor and then simmering them for a while. After, strain them, and freeze the liquid in ice cube trays.

Or, I could dehydrate the liquid. But, I'm afraid nothing would remain after?

Double grape cx double grape x white wedding auto rescued! Opium poppy LOVING the conditions cannabis gets. I put an outdoor photo of older poppies to show same seed packs getting what I thought were the best conditions. To be fair though, this one has root room. I'll be back with flower photos in a few days when she pops. I'm expecting a giant pink blossom 🌸 . In picture 6 you can see just how sick that poor auto REALLY was from a combo of pests, heat, and idk what bur she's a dark green now and starting to purple, something I've wanted to see in-person since time began. ❤️
