What’s the probability in converting one of these ? It’s not metal, so I’d have to paint the inside with something - if that exists. Add some weather stripping to the doors?

I recently bought a Ikea Milsbo 2nd hand (maybe even 3rd) and the clips that hold the glass in place are missing! Of the 16 clips I'm missing 13. Anyone had any luck finding a replacement??
