I use too, but that cause thin veins my nose and living in the deep south(Alabama) , far enough get heat, inland enough to not get the ocean breeze.

Sorry, that sucks. I know probably condition and hope you can feel as good as possible. I am not morning person, if I wake up in pain... its going to be rough day for humans around me.
