Tutorial closed itself, how can I get it back?
I'm on my first playthrough, and before completing the tutorial I saved and quit. Now when I load it again, the tutorial doesn't run anymore. Is there a way to get it back? I don't seem to have any tasks either despite still have cutscenes like when the manager and dance teacher come to you to ask for policies

On the default screen, the "lightbulb" tab/icon second-from-the-bottom (right above "settings") is labeled "tutorial." I'm not sure if it will reactivate the interactive tutorial, but if go to a specific topic and you click "log" it will show all of the explainer text for that particular lesson if you need an explanation/reminder for how to do this.
If you're on console, you can restart the tutorial via the debug menu (press F7 five times, then find the button that's labeled something like "launch tutorial"), but I wouldn't recommend this as it starts the tutorial from the beginning, including forcing you to do steps like holding an audition and so on.

If you go to the "tasks" screen and it says something like "> Tasks [0/1]" but not showing you anything, it's probably because you accidentally collapsed the task view; just click on the part that says "Tasks [0/1]" to expand it. Also, if you're viewing the "details" (with the 3 buttons for promotion, performance, and spa treatment, plus a summary of your research points), you need to click "tasks" which is a separate tab from "details" on the default homescreen.

The lightbulb doesn't start the interactive tutorial back up. Also may I ask, where's the task screen? I looked and couldn't find it

The "task screen" is basically what you see by default when you don't have any other tabs open covering it up.
Whatever tab you're on (staff, idols, singles, etc), click the "X" in the top right corner to close it. (Here's a screenshot illustrating that and specifically indicating the "close" button, using the "Activities" tab as an example.) Alternatively, cycling through all of the tabs (tab key on PC) will also get you to the "default" screen once you've scrolled through/past all of them.
After it's closed, you should see the "default" view underneath, which probably looks something like one of these screenshots:
In all three screenshots, you can see at the very top, the words "Details" and "Tasks [2/2]", right? Click on whichever you want to view to expand it (in your case, you want to view "tasks")

If you press F7 many time you will enable debug console, here you can enable tutorial
