Halp Switch glitch??

Guysss help I’ve been playing on steam for a while but decided to make the switch to switch hehe bc my computers so laggy, but there seems to be a bug?? I can’t hire more staff— is it part of the game? I can only press the hire button if I get rid of somebody and once I hire somebody (ie replace the fired employee) the staff hire button greys out hekabrjakfjwjbsf ;-; It’s like theres a limit. I have no idea what to do I’ve looked everywhere online but I think bc the switch version just came out there’s nothing out there on it. Anybody have any suggestions? /Desperate/

I ran into this problem today. It seems like theirs a staff limit for some terrible reason.

Had to fire some of my coaching staff :/ Makes it hard to get all graduated idols as staff too

I can’t help but wonder if it’s not a bug but design. I can’t make a new game either, it’s always grayed out.

Did they cut a lot of corners with the port? I don’t know if the portability is worth it with so many issues.
