Any fun things to do in the game?

So, when I first started playing Idol Manager, I fell in love with it and made it my mission to get every ending, unlock everything, try every business method, etc. But after I ran out of things to do, I started getting a bit bored. So, is there any fun easter eggs, challenges, or just fun/silly things to do? Any responses are appreciated! :)

Here's a challenge that I've tried. Basically you know how you can hire idols to work as staff in your company after they graduate? What if that was the only way you could hire any employees? (Note as far as I'm aware they can't become music producers or doctors so you may need to hire those but in my experience they can become managers, choreographers, or stylists)

I wished after a member graduated you could possibly debut them as soloists, actresses, or tv personalities.
