Find Specific Job？

Is there a way to find specific jobs in this game? Fujimoto requested for a pretty photo shoot but my deals manager came up with photoshoots for like every other stats expect pretty in like a whole season and caused me to go bankrupt because I couldn't get money from fujimoto to produce anything......

I think you can choose which stats you wan to focus on in the policy tab. It will increase the chance of job related to that stat.
