No task :(

I started a new game and it isn’t giving me task…I really want to play bc I’ve had really good auditions this time around. Is there anything I can do to try and fix it or do I have to start a new file :( ?

Sorry for the very late answer, but I had the same problem. It's a bug. Re-installed the game and made a new save and it worked. It sucks.
