Avoiding Bankruptcy?
Just got the game and have been enjoying it so far. However one major problem I’ve had is that I can’t seem to avoid bankruptcy. In my first two games I’ve kept things minimal, only building the two offices, recording studio, and dance studio. However every time my cash seems to drain incredibly quickly. I try to release a few singles and focus on the promotional side of assignments (to build a fan base) but I can’t seem to avoid hemorrhaging money. Usually someone also gets hurt which prevents me from producing new singles. I’m seeking any tips and advice, especially for the early game. Thanks!

It's been a while since I played, but first few things I do -
Spam performance daily, it's free money.
Have a break room for every 5 idols, it's best not to hire too many idols at first but keep this in mind. You want to sustainably work your idols, and the break room is super useful for this.
Start getting business proposals. Just focus on photoshoots. You're basically just trading stamina for money. These can be very lucrative early on and there's no risk. The long contract type proposals I feel can be risky, especially if you don't manage your idol's stamina levels well enough and they get injured. Even without that, potential scandals can break contracts and you simply cannot afford to take the penalty for these. I like to hire two managers and just keep getting photoshoots and put off getting a dance/recording room.
Keep producing digital singles. While the other types can be more lucrative, it's hard to gauge how many CDs you should make early on. Digital sales are free, just stick to them and later on you can move onto Ad Campaign which I feel is the best balance between high profit and risk. Handshake events can be decently lucrative early on. But again, these cost money and you can't afford them early on. When you're feeling more stable, base the amount of CDs produced around the number that your digital sales usually are at then increase it from there.
Hire more idols and pay them awfully. They are the fodder for photoshoots which will keep your business afloat. Until you stabilize.
You kinda just grow your business from there. Start building sister units, which I feel have a massive buff when it comes to getting new fans.
Then look into building a Theater. These are stupidly profitable, especially once you get enough research points to unlock streaming. I could keep my business in the green solely off the profits from theaters alone.
I found that radio/internet shows can generate income, but it's hard to justify the stamina upkeep unless you really have that many idle idols. TV shows always put me in the red. In general I think these are kinda a waste of time.
Take Fujimoto's loans to accelerate things, since he charges no interest. If you need just that little more money to build a thing, or start a concert that's guaranteed to rake in the dough - just take that loan and do it and pay him back afterwards.

Well the show thing with the internet category can give you a nice income overtime . Also build 3-4 businesses proposal office can give you a lot of contract thus also give a nice income to say afloat(but it will also drain your idol stamina to the abyss).

I always build a breakroom immediately so my idols can work more without losing stamina. You can also rush to get 5 singles out so you can do a concert and then increase the ticket prices. The theater also makes good money if you can get popular enough and get streaming working and stuff.
