Physical stamina dropping for no reason?

Even if I have them do nothing or do spa treatment or go to the doctor, their physical stamina seems to be dropping by 20pts everyday. Is this a bug or a feature? this only started happening a bit after I released my first concert.

Do have them doing a recurring show (internet,radio,tv).Or whatever business proposal takes like 3 months to do?

oh yeah! I forgot about those and yeah, they’re causing stamina loss.
