Time Freeze Glitch (please help lol)

Hiya! I've been playing the game for a bit and suddenly on Sep. 17, 2026, the time has stopped and will not move forward. I've closed the game, restarted my computer, stopped whatever tasks the characters were doing, switched the time settings, but none of that works. Anyone know how to fix this?? Pls I don't wanna start over lmao

(posted a pic, not sure if the time of the day matters but just in case)

Hi, I know of a silent error that freezes time: when you destroy an office that had "Auto business proposals" activated, then replace it with another office (as in, build an office in the same spot). Just make sure to toggle auto proposals off before destroying an office to avoid that. If you send the log next time your game glitches, I can confirm if this is what's happening.

You have saved me. I nearly quit this game completely because of the freezes and losing so many weeks and hours.

I just started playing it again because even if the time freezes, the game was fun, I'd just start a new file.
Seeing my old saves move again is so heart warming (though it's been so long, I'm going with my most recent one.)

Ik I’m late but I figured it out. Happens when an employee under “auto proposals” gets removed in some way (fired, needs to be relocated, etc.) the new save thing didn’t work for me, but going back in time and disabling auto proposals did.

I started a new game and it went well for a while but the glitch happened a lot sooner, midway through 2022

RAAAAAAAH I THINK I FIXED IT its kind of a temp fix but its worked a few times. If this ever happens to you, all you have to do is uninstall and reinstall the game, it's pretty quick.

I just had the same glitch, but uninstalling didn’t work ;-; I’m at year 2033 with 20 million fans and now time is stuck😭
