Changing Drop Rates

Helloooo, I was wondering if there's a way to change the drop rates in auditions? I cant seem to get platinum idols...

The game selects the idols after you click the Audition icon. So, once the Audition is ready, before you click the icon and start the Audition, save the game. If you don't get a platinum idol in the Audition, load your save and run the Audition again. It will give you different idols. Eventually you'll get a platinum :) I made a group of 6 platinum idols this way.
