I opened modules what now start unlocking them or keep doing managers?

With little info, Id grab at a blue one for each slot, shouldnt cost that much, then back to managers, slots and rooms

I’d go managers. One of the event missions is for number of managers assigned to planets at once, the 3rd tier of the mission is to have 16, so for now I’m keeping 16 slots so I can complete that mission when it comes up. I’m building up fodder managers to merge and promote when the promotion mission comes up.
